Job description:
Plan, Design, Implement & Manage the Infrastructure and Operational requirements across Air India Network.
Act as an escalation for the BAU Level 2 support team ·
Lead problem management and contribute to post incident reviews.
Communicate with Business Users and stakeholders to help deliver business outcome.
Maintain process and technology documentation.
Provide technical leadership across the EUC space including desktop management, patch management, device policy management and provisioning.
Oversee execution of projects and other related initiatives through all stages of development and implementation
Contribute to create a Technology Support setup pan Air India based on service delivery excellence.
Skills/Qualities Required:
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS
Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
MCSE/CCNA certification or equivalent work experience - preferred.
ITIL V3 certification - preferred. Experience on ServiceNow a plus.
Great communication skills and ability to communicate with various business stakeholders.
Skills or experience with Intune or Azure AD an advantage
Working Experience on ServiceNow preferred.

Education: B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or MCA
Experience: 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience as an EUC/Sr EUC Engineer / Network Engineer role. Project Management skills in Infrastructure space.
