We are looking for an Application Tech Support Practitioner to act as the interface between the client and the system or application.   • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : Administration of the Identity service including Okta and an in-house Joiners, Movers, Leavers JML automated account management system Continued maintenance of integration of the tools that delivery the Identity service, including AD, G-Suite, Oracle eBusiness, and in-house JML system including liaising with application owners to gather requirements and develop integration approaches Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access and accounts
    • Technical Experience : 1 year second line experience in supporting a OKTA, AD, Google platform Experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory or Azure Experience troubleshooting, managing, and solving issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions Proven experience of working in teams in the successful delivery of complex, high-performance and high-quality systems Experience of working in a collaborative environment
    • Professional Attributes : Proven experience of working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Cyber Security Managers, and Business Analysts Experience using Azure cloud, active directory, OKTA and service now Desirable: current work experience IAM solutions
    • Educational Qualification : BE / BTech
    • Additional Information : a: 24/7 support b: 5 day working/week c: 9:30hr shift, 1hr break
