Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLL Role Purpose We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will work on retail projects. What this job involves Project Planning: Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets. Team Management: Lead and support project team members, assigning and delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and coaching to ensure successful project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Regularly monitor project progress and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks. Manage client expectations and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise to ensure client satisfaction. Quality Control: Implement project quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular quality reviews and identify areas for improvement. Project Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports, including project progress, budget updates, and risk analysis. Provide accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders. Desired skills and experience for this Previous consultancy experience preferred but not essential. Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential. Experience in managing delivery of retail projects in the region. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a related field is usually required, such as business administration, engineering, or project management. Previous experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment, is highly desirable. Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools. Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Ability to quickly identify and address project issues, find feasible solutions, and make informed decisions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively handle project complexities. Time and Resource Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget requirements. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changes, and effectively manage priorities to meet project deadlines.
