Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support for PepsiCo’s Social Listening and Engagement platform which includes access management, platform configuration, communications, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will work in partnership with the IT Lead for Social Listening providing assistance and support to all functions/sectors interacting with internal/external partners such as marketing, comms, insights teams for EU, AMESA and APAC sectors.
Responsibilities
• Able to understand the business requirements and build social listening dashboards for PepsiCo - Execute
• Work with cross functional teams to create social listening topics and queries for business and identify best in class practices for social listening – Execute
• Conduct office hours for Europe, APAC/AMESA regions in the respective time zones - Execute/Consult
• Support social listening mission critical events primarily focused in AMESA/APAC region - Execute/Consult
• Work very closely with vendor and IT teams for resolving issues in a timely manner – Execute/Consult
• Track requests to help influence the product roadmap and enhancements - Influence
• Create weekly insights regarding the health of social listening in the sector - Execute
• Work with other IT members to articulate issues and develop methods of solving concerns from the sector – Execute/Influence
• Document and roll out processes and standards to run listening support, including governance frameworks - Execute
Qualifications
• 6+ years experience using social listening tools (experience with Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, MIS, Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent. Master’s Degree is a plus
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Experience designing and producing reports and dashboards
• Experience working and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as technical teams, agencies and marketers
• Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
• Resourceful to solve technology and stakeholder problems
• Experience running change management activities such as trainings and process documentation
