The Military Leadership program is a two-year program for exceptional, transitioning military personnel, seeking to launch successful, accelerated, post-military careers as leaders and innovators within Baker Hughes.
As a participant in the Military Leadership Program - MLP, you will be responsible for:
Working on two to three diverse assignments in your specific domain area.
Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching and mentoring and on-the-job training to create opportunities for career advancement.
Networking globally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with business leaders.
Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have obtained a Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) from an accredited university or college
Have a proven record of success throughout military career
Demonstrate the ability to solve problems, delegate, and achieve difficult goals
Demonstrate the ability to be accountable for actions
Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly; eager to learn the business and master new roles
Assignment Tracks
The rotation will commence in January 2024 (subject to negotiation).
Various assignment tracks are available depending on background and interests, including but not limited to, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Commercial, Technology, Projects and Services.

This role could have various working patterns depending on rotation assignment. Please talk to us about the specific working pattern requirements or concerns when you apply. For specific rotations you will be supervised directly by the role manager.
