? Business Domain Design: Collaborate with investment managers, business stakeholders, and technology experts to gather requirements and design comprehensive business domains. These models will serve as the foundation for efficient data flow and support enhanced operational processes to be created by Technical BAs in the team. ? Mapping Exercises: Conduct thorough mapping exercises, documenting critical business entities and processes from existing systems to the new models. ? Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business users and subject matter experts to analyze and document detailed requirements for use cases that will utilize the proposed business domain models. Champion a user-centric approach, prioritizing business needs and aligning technical solutions accordingly. ? Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a bridge between investment professionals and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all perspectives are considered in the design and implementation process. ? Agile Team Contribution: As a vital member of an agile team, actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute your expertise to identify and overcome potential project roadblocks, promoting continuous improvement and team success. ? Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, domain models, mapping documents, and use case documentation. Ensure all artifacts are clearly defined and easily accessible for the engineering team. ? Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of the proposed domain models to ensure they meet the project's objectives and business requirements. Collaborate with the engineering team to address any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
