investment, cost analysis, performance etc.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, quantify potential stakes existing on global Supply Chain performance:
Challenge optimization of physical & information flows, surfaces, lead time, direct labor and equipment efficiency leading and coaching lean diagnosis, DMAIC, Kaizen events, Lean Office diagnosis...
on the end-to-end supply chain
Lead continuous improvement plan within the plant.
Create (or contribute) shared improvement roadmap with Entity to achieve the targets
Support Entity on Safety (zero accidents.), CS&Q (process robustness), Delivery (OTD), SC Deployment (LTIP), HR (Competencies ...)
Participate to the decision-making process for all investments  (new product introduction, capacity, kaizen, ...)
Challenge & support the entities to co-deliver targets: DLP, lead-time, organizational efficiency, internal process capacity & on-time delivery ...
Be a cross-functional facilitator in entity with high-level process owners and sponsor & Lead specific events if lack of competency in Entity and SC Performance Leader


Main Activities
Support the animation of the SPS at entity level to become part of Entity DNA & Contribute to SPS continuous improvement using SME network
Implement and contribute to best practices (Copyright) with SME network
Design, improve, deploy & manage standards, methodologies, and tools in Entity
Co-assess current competencies vs referential to identify gaps and support/challenge local action plan creation and follow-u

Transfer the necessary skills through "training whilst doing" to grow and sustain competencies & Train people on SC Performance topics
Identify other Smart and Digital solutions used in perimeter and be able to support entity when needed
Support entity for Standard Smart/Digital tools implementation and effective usage and monitoring & Ensure Entities are correctly managing data in order to leverage data for decision making
Perform in Digital competencies regarding requested level
Use BI tools and Analytics for diagnosis and continuous improvement (medium- and long-term analysis)

The Offer Industrialization Lead (OIL) is the main Industrialization counterpart for offer creation or evolution projects (for products and solutions) • This position reports to Digital Energy Division Supply Chain Function and is responsible for leading Industrialization projects as part of the Schneider Electric Offer Creation Process (OCP) or Offer life cycle management ( OLM ) . The individual leads projects from Open to Close gate in the earlier PMP or OLM in order to achieve the deliverables defined at the beginning of the project on time and within project cost and quality objectives.  • This position is for a Manager or Senior Manager, who will report to the Leader of the Industrialization Department inside the Digital Energy Supply Chain Division.  OIL missions are: 1. Make sure the industrial recommendations are met within the products’ design: • Analyse the marketing data (volume, location, …) and investigate various industrial scenarios (Supply Chain) to answer  • Steer product conception choices to solutions which can be industrialized, from preliminary draft to the whole project extent, all the while focusing on achievability (manufacturability, controllability, assembly feasibility, adjustability, testability) and on product’s cost optimization. • Build the definitive architecture process file with the retained global supply chain and define cost estimation of the final product in order to validate the project’s profitability. Strong knowledge on Capex and Opex management . Strong knowledge on Industrial and Manufacturing and product assembly process.  2. Ensure the operational set up of a comprehensive and robust industrial plan while meeting different requirements such as Quality/costs/deadlines objectives and project’s positioning in accordance with Industrial Strategy and Corporate fundamentals regarding Industrial Policy, SPS (Schneider Production System) and SC&L (Supply Chain & Logistics) : Performs make vs buy decisions on components, sub-assemblies. • Share industrial performance objectives and directions with the involved units (key performance indicators • KPI)  • Coordinate the progress of the whole industrial operation of his project (Global Supply Chain = production equipments & logistics related) as well as the industrial transfer of this project to involved internal as well as external production units. • Build the Industrial Project File and transfer it to internal production units involved at the beginning of mass production. • Obtain the industrial funding for the project and place under control all expenditures in relation with Industrialization and production costs in order to optimize the Project's profitability (Time-To-Profit).  3. Manage and coordinate a team of Industrialization specialists and other resources (plants, specialists, SC&L, ...) necessary to the industrial part of the project: • Identify and validate the needs in Industrialization specialists • Supervise the Industrialization specialists who report to him/her inside the project team and coordinate the intervention of other resources (plants, specialists, SC&L,...) • Functionally report to the Project Manager for the industrialization job Qualifications University degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communication or Electrical and Electronics .
