As a Lead Technical Project Manager, you will lead and guide the successful execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring their timely completion within established deadlines and milestones. Your role extends beyond conventional project management; you will provide strategic insights to optimize processes, foster implementation of best practices, and drive continuous improvements. By identifying areas of enhancement and capitalizing on process weaknesses, you will contribute to the evolution of efficient Data Applications and Workflows.
Role:
- Lead project planning, development, and execution, ensuring seamless progression of schedules and attainment of project objectives.
- Champion process enhancements and tooling improvements, drawing from a comprehensive understanding of project dynamics and operational nuances.
- Develop and administer status and progress reports, facilitating transparent communication among project stakeholders, including leadership and team members.
- Engage in regular interactions with senior management, delivering effective updates on project deliverables and milestones.
- Conduct meticulous analysis and assessment, furnishing stakeholders with timely insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Bring your proficiency in orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives, demonstrating your adeptness in aligning diverse teams towards common goals.
- Leverage your expertise in evaluating business processes to drive efficiency improvements, utilising methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to streamline operations effectively.
- Prior experience in professional services or consulting is advantageous, enhancing your strategic acumen and ability to navigate intricate project landscapes.
- Leverage your robust background in Project and/or Program Management, grounded in a holistic comprehension of project lifecycles.
- Harness your familiarity with risk management, strategic judgment, and business process assessment to make informed decisions that drive project success.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, encompassing written, oral, and presentation abilities, to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply your analytical acumen to transform operational data into actionable insights, facilitating well-informed business decisions.
- Showcase your proven experience in process management, encompassing process design and system optimisation, as you contribute to seamless project execution.
