Position: Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Compliance

Overview:
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Compliance to join our Global Business Services team. This individual will partner with Mastercard’s Global Digital Marketing organization to ensure our digital presence is compliant with global privacy regulations to eliminate risk to our brand reputation, and/or financial impacts.
The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with key internal customers to support privacy regulatory and compliance of Mastercard’s websites & campaign landing pages. Success in this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other key functions such as global and regional marketing teams, Data Privacy & Strategy, and Risk Management, among others.
Role:
• Using extensive knowledge of cookies and associated factors, combined with a strong understanding of web components, in the day-to-day monitoring (including auditing) of our 200+ sites for compliance issues.
• Maintain ongoing trackers for global web properties that are out of compliance for different regulations and procedures.
• Leverage and operate within our consent management platforms to ensure that integrity and compliance for site cookies is maintained along with site developer updates.
• Identifying, documenting, and notifying site owners on instances the team is out of compliance.
• Act as internal subject matter expert on identifying and coordinating technical solutions to address data privacy issues, and upcoming regulations for Digital Marketing team.
• Upkeep documentation on audits, assessments, procedures, and data flows of the Digital Marketing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Data Privacy, and Legal teams to develop technical requirements to address data privacy regulation.
• Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external customers to identify and measure potential risk to Mastercard business.
• Perform routine analysis over team metrics and data for use in performance reporting and business improvement initiatives.
All About You:
• Strong understanding in consent management, consumer preferences and cookie management
• Strong understanding of web analytics platforms and solutions
• Experience with Cookie Consent Management Platforms such as OneTrust
• Knowledge in privacy-related security concepts and technologies, including data access governance, classification, information rights management, and data loss prevention.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HTML and web components
• Technical solution-oriented and excellent analytics skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure managing multiple competing deadlines.
