About the Role

 

Lead Business Execution Consultant will be part of Finance Capital Markets Product team. Team member will be responsible for supporting IP business and technology transformational strategy with the implementation of streamlined business processes and end user products supporting Trading, Portfolio Information Management, Mortgage Modelling, Advances Portfolio Analytics, Hedging, Securitization and Collateral management, Securities and Funding Strategy, Portfolio Accounting Ops.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. The team member will leverage an agile development and implementation methodology. 
  • Team member will be responsible for end-to-end user requirements, backlog management, Release Notes, End-User manual and other deliverable to support change management of the business process implementation.
  • Team member will participate in design sessions with product team to rationalize end users requirements into feature functionality.
  • Team member will support the business to ensure solutions are developed, tested, and deployed to production.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Team member will face off to partner teams such as Liquidity or ALM to define data and reporting requirements.  Then, support them on their adoption of the feature functionality.
  • Assisting to ensure solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate.

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and 11+ years of experience required
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities to break sophisticated problems into simpler ones
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player and a self-starter who is accustomed to working in complex organizations, partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, and achieving results
  • Ability to work independently and exuberate leadership acumen
  • Ability to build effective business partnerships and manage multiple competing priorities in an ever-changing environment. Willingness to work beyond standard business hours.
  • Proven experience with delivering complex projects in an agile scrum framework with expertise in JIRA or an equivalent tool for story
