JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and provide expert advice on investor relations activities.

·       Assist clients in preparing and reviewing financial presentations, earnings releases, and other investor-related collaterals.

·       Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and performance metrics to support investor relations activities.

·       Assist in IR benchmarking, perception analysis, and other IR activities for client’s unique needs and expectations.

·       Required to communicate with Capital market participants in effectively promoting client companies’ potential.

·       Analyze financial data, preparing regular reports and summaries for clients.

·       Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and changes in regulations that may impact client’s performance.

 

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial services, or a related field. Prior experience in client management or consulting roles is advantageous.

·       Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficient in financial databases, market research tools, and Microsoft Office suites.

·       Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications would be plus.
