Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide IT infrastructure and Application implementation solutions in Enterprise IT
  • Enterprise IT Application Infrastructure Migration and Upgrades
  • Service Design and Transitions (Onboarding new Applications, participate in due diligence, defining roadmap, Implementation of new services, transition plan, competency development and go-live support)
  • Operation Readiness (governance and process implementation)
  • Technical Consulting for Customer Escalations in collaboration with onsite / offshore team / customer coordinators and Stakeholders
  • Proof of Concepts, Technical documentation, and technical trainings
  • IT security implementations for On-premises and Cloud infrastructure
  • Conceptualization - Disaster Recovery, Backup and Restoration, Data Disposal and Decommission
  • Continuous improvement of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management and Automations
  • Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI’s
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
  • Support in Proposals preparation for new and existing services
  • Should be able travel to customer location for business needs
  • Provide On Call readiness support if applicable
