About the Team: Central Team – Fastag. This team is directly responsible for growth of Fastag Issuances/transactions at Paytm.

About the Role: We are looking for MIS Executive. MIS will be assisting growth managers with their strong data analytics and business acumen skills.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Daily delivery of reports with a required frequency on necessary channels as requested by HMs of your region.

2. Driving growth in issuances along with achievement of AOP numbers for your region.

3. Single POC between Central & Sales Team – Timely communication of Cascade, Targets and Reports Shared by Central team to the last person on the ground.

4. Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of daily sales in your region and share reports with central team on Daily basis (This KPI requires you to connect with TLs, if not then with FSE/GL/Cons, and derive correct insights on why agents were unable to perform on a given day).

5. Maintain fair-day report (which considers leaves & weekly offs) on daily basis & share report with necessary teams of your region (HMs, ZMs & TLs).

6. Validate final incentives and booster payouts at your end and raise requests with the Central team in case of any discrepancy. Keep follow-up of the requests and act as a communicator between sales and the central team.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role -

1.  High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.

2. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS/dashboard creation.

3.   Good in data interpretation & analysis.

4.  Proficiency in MS Excel is a must - should be able to work on large data sets, identify the trends and create actionable for the sales team.

5. Working knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

6.  Good verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of process ownership.
