Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Customer circuits with multiple solutions
Troubleshooting involves all severities i.e Link down,packet loss, latency
Configuring static as well dynamic routing protocols, configuring vlans on switches
Planned activities which include Failover testing .
Daily troubleshooting on VPN(L2andL3) and ILL circuits(which are IP-MPLS based) of customer links that are managed and unmanaged provided by TATA as TIER 1 SERVICE PROVIDER from various POP locations across India and globe.
