Role description
1. Responsible for Restraints CAE model preparation for Occupant Safety Load cases. Experaince in LS Dyna is preffrered.
2. Responsible for Analysing the Restraints CAE results and providing feedback.
3. Responsible for Recommending Design solutions and conduct relevant benchmark studies to meet the target injury requirements
4. Responsible for conducting Design of Experiments studies to optimise the vehicle interior / restraints parameters to meet the injury target requirements
5. Should be able to understand the test data and should be able to conduct CAE to test co-relation
6. Should be able to understand the Design tolerance parameters and should be able to conduct Design robustness performance studies.
7. Responsible for improving productivity by working on CAE Automation tasks.
8. Should have thorough understanding of Vehicle Crash worthiness.
9. Should have good understanding of New vehicle development requirements and its milestones.
10. Should have good understanding of the Vehicle interiors and Restraints safety systems.
