Job Description :
1. On-vehicle airbag ECU diagnosys, Post Crash data download of airbag ECU, Sensor data coparison, data correction, data sharing and conclusions.
2. Preparation of RFQ for Airbag ECU and Sensors.
3. Data compilation and analysis of multiple types of data - .DAT, .ISO, .HEX etc.
4. Sensor data study, comparison and correlation to assess the structural behaviour during impact using the data generated in physical test.
5. Co-ordination with the integrators, testing engineers, COCs and the suppliers.
6. Generating Vehicle Safety requirements in accordance with the regulatory and certification compliance for different markets.
7. Sanity check for the data generated and the data shared by the supplier.
8. To lead the activities related to airbag ECU tuning that involves data sharing with the supplier and co-ordination with the supplier to meet internal requirements.
9. To introduce world class practices and functionalities to achieve targetted safety features and beyond for the vehicle
10. Systematic data management of multiple projects, different data types and multiple stake holders.
11. Checking the test correctness and test decisions with respect to different types of test configurations to evaluate given safety aspects of the vehicle.
12. Thorough knowledge about the crash testing instrumentation, sensors and equipment
13. Dummy injury analysis based on the dummy sensor data output in CAE as well as physical testing
Software Competency:
Proficiency in following CAE tools or equivalent
1. Oasys Primer, THIS, D3plot or equivalent
2. AIML tools and algorithms
Managerial Competency:
1. Review Occupant CAE simulations and provide the conclusion
2.Declaration of simulation startegy, plan and CAE analysis timeline for various CAE activities
3. Establishing correlation between simulation model & test for different crash loadcases.
4. Application of DOE techniques to solve crashworthiness problems.
5. Review crash simulation guidelines and create guidelines for new procedures/ simulations
