Develop Hardware in Loop, Modle in loop and Vehicle in loop for the E&E System & Veh Architecture Function of having a strength of Indoor Testing VA&TS, Engineering Research Centre, The function is responsible for the physical and digital validation of components, systems and vehicles for entire PV & EV.
The domain encompasses all critical aggregates for Validation of Electric Vehicle Systems & Mechatronic Systems. In this role, holds the responsibility to develop E&E System and Veh Architecture Testing "Conducting and Co-ordinating the E&E System & Veh Architecture to validation
Accountable for test results review and report release"" Automotive lighting & lighting signaling devices validation as per national/international standards and company practices Assessment of lighting components by using virtual Simulation techniques"
Knowledge of ADAS technology, Validation of Automtive Electronics (Sensors, Electronic Control Unit, Actuators) as per National / International Standards and Company practices" Develop system/ Sub- system/ Component level Mechanical / Electrical systems models (mathematical / 1D Simulation) using MATLAB & Simulink/ AMESim / IPG carmaker or any other Simulation Software
Analyze & optimize test specifications through mathematical models.
Deliver deeper understanding through system modeling and simulations for robust test specifications development while meeting all performance requirements.
Knowledge of Euro NCAP standards for ADAS scenario based validation
Hands on experience in ADAS physical validation/ ground truth capturing, data processing and scenario extraction.
Knowledge of ADAS simulation and test automation programs in NI Lab VIEW / VeriStand environment for Hardware in the Loop simulations.
Work independently, communicates expectations, plans and requirements; also coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects."

Manage Validation Internal/External, Test Specification and Report release of, - Diagnostics Electronics & Electrical Vehicle System Components - Vehicles Safety systems, E/E architecture, Diagnostics
Conduct and management test specification and testing data E& E System and interactions with other agencies which includes - "Executive of Auto-Electrical Wiring Harness Testing function of Indoor Testing VA&TS, Engineering Research Centre. Responsible for conducting validation on Vehicle Wiring Harness / EDS systems, for entire PV & EV projects as per test plan. The position encompasses all critical aggregates for conducting validation of Passenger ICE & Electric Vehicles Wiring Harness & Fuse Box Assy.
