Project Deliverables: CAD-Catia /2D Dwg preparation, DMU checks/reviews & reports, Part no creation, TPL/DML submission, gateway mi gration. 16 R (SW) releases.

Owners/Service Manuals preparation/editing, STN document preparation, DCR submission & approval followup.

4D documentation for TPLs/Modules thru PFIRST system Project Management/PT integration activity tracking, Proto support and field issues tracking and RCA/resolution glidepath maintain.

Maintain proto records for SW revisions & SW testing/validation support. Support for MiNT, BITS, VLO issue resolution Job

Responsibility:

Support and follow up with COCs for Powertrain aggregates integration VLO & MiNT issues resolution in Validation Purchase Indent processing and co-ordination with supplier in proto building & internal testing coordination of COC/team mates on PLM releases of H/W and S/w for High voltage aggregates HV WH design & releases (EDS) Project co ordination for prototype validation.

support in DFMEA, DVP,and documents creation for projectsGateway wise module rele ases in TCE, TCUAPrimarily Skill : Cad work-Catia, PLM releases, ProE, MS Office,Powertrain integration.

Secondary Skill : VAVE, reverse Engineering, vehicle integration Project coordination & Management.

Domain Knowledge: Must have :Automotive system and aggregates, Life cycle of Automotive products- PLM Preferred to have : Electric Vehicle aggregates, VAVE work Gateways and li fe cycle of Automotive programs
