Job Summary – APPS - Quality Assurance
Facilitate and support the delivery teams in defining and deploying the processes.
Lead a group of QA & also understand the business and associated project activities, customize the standard framework and metrics to suit the needs of the project, assist delivery teams to adopt defined process framework
Conduct project reviews/Process compliance audits with delivery at all the levels to identify process gaps, and delivery risks and assist the project teams to close the gap
Conduct training on Quality Management System & tools
Facilitate project teams in conducting Post Release Analysis using effective tools to understand Best Practices, Areas of Improvement & Causes of failure.
Support in conducting Account Level Reviews during Client visits, understanding their perspective and getting their feedback on the project teams
Years of experience needed – Level 7 (15+ yrs of experience)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in various life cycle modules – Agile + devops, Waterfall, Testing, Maintenance, Project Management & associated tools
Hands on in terms of incident management/release management/Application development & testing.
Process Skills:
Proficient in implementation of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI Development and Services Level 5 process areas.
Good knowledge in CMMi High Maturity practices and use of Statistical techniques
Good knowledge in Agile Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, methodologies. Preferred Certified Scrum Master
Behavioral Skills:
Client focused with regards to Project delivery.
Should be a Team player
Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner
Good in communication (both verbal and written)
Good analytical and presentation skills
Certifications Needed:
Graduation
