Position Overview:

Digital Risk is aggressively seeking a document capture quality control analyst who demonstrates a desire to grow, performs well under pressure, and can work with minimal supervision. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to learn a new scope, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment meeting service level deadlines each and every day.

Essential Job Functions:

 Review and provide Quality Control feedback on guarantee file compilation completed by internal staff

 Follow quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work

 Must be able to fulfill the role of subject matter expert for the team and scope assigned

 Assist with required and/or identified training needs as it relates to quality control

 Analyze individual guaranty and closing files and determine compliance with applicable investor checklists

 Identify all red flags within a guarantee or mortgage file and report to leadership

 Perform additional duties as requested

 

Requirements:

 High school diploma, some college preferred

 Strong PC, typing and technical skills required

 Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast paced environment

 3 + years in the mortgage industry, with a minimum of two years focused on 1 st Mortgage UW Quality Control

 Must have experience in the specific scope of work position being filled, demonstrating current acceptable production and quality rating metrics

 Candidates must pass drug screening and background checks.

 

Other Skills/Abilities:

 Preferred knowledge of US mortgage regulatory requirements relating particularly to Conventional,FHA&VA

 Preferred knowledge of US mortgage lending guidelines particularly to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA & VA

 Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment

 Ability to coach and mentor team members

 Ability to produce accurate and detailed work under time pressure

 Strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment

 Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

 Good oral and written communications skills

 Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances in a rapid evolving environment

 

Physical Demands:

 Office setting which includes long periods of sitting, typing, reading from a computer screen, communicating verbally and in writing with co-workers via phone or face-to-face

 

Environmental Factors:

 Indoors, normal office environment

Area of Responsibility: Working directly with the customer engineers to understand and document key test requirements. Model-based, auto-coded software prototyping and production implementation Support vehicle software testing and calibration Excellent Control theory background Excellent knowledge of Automotive Software across chassis system, hybrid supervisor, body systems, power management, transmission controls or HVAC applications Good knowledge of the above system(s) at System Architecture Level Software requirements capture and detailed software design into specifications Model-based control software development and verification AUTOSAR software components generation and integration Verification testing in MIL, SIL and HIL environments, and in-vehicle integration Compliance to industry standards such as ISO26262 and ASPICE Experience in fixed and floating point modelling  Experience of designing and executing verification strategies and test plans for complex automotive systems Good grasp of test result analysis, issue reporting and problem solving techniques. Proven personal & team workload management skills Collaborative, working effectively across teams & departments to deliver on time & to quality.
