Analyst - Lease Administration
What this job involves:
Objective:
JLL Americas Team is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst – JBS India Team to abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation. Additionally, the Analyst will be further responsible for transferring abstracted information into various lease and Portfolio database systems. Specific responsibilities include searching for the information in the lease document, doing financial calculations for Rent, Dates and other essential details. In addition, the role will work closely with all levels of Lease Abstraction from upper management to local analysts, members of the Americas IT and Global Data Groups to take on ad hoc data clean-ups based on the priorities from the team
Duties & Responsibilities
• Abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation;
• Transferring abstracted information into various lease and Portfolio database systems;
• Verifying and cross—checking abstracts, system content and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy;
• Liaising with internal and external contacts when required;
• Auditing and reviewing system retorts for accuracy;
• Ensuring that the agreed Procedures and Process flows are strictly adhered to.
Other required tasks may include:
• Assisting with report preparation;
• Sourcing documents and Portfolio information;
• Recording received documentation and information;
• Resolving queries in a timely manner;
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports.

• Approaching the client and the deliverable with a best in class service provider attitude.
• Actively participate in the development of best practices, training materials, operations manual charters, standardized tools.

• Develop workable solutions and strategies. Able to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns
• Persistent in efforts, Practice care and caution in job at hand.
• Graduation (Commerce / Finance Background) with equivalent work experience in lease administration preferred.
• A minimum of I—3 years’ industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service Provider or as a consultant; Fresher may apply
• Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is Preferred;
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills required
