Job Description

We are recruiting for ‘Analyst’ position in the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Team. In this team, your responsibilities will include executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients. 

Responsibilities

In addition, you will be required to:

•Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments

•Establish strong professional relationships with stakeholders

•Follow regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with stakeholders & within the entire team

•Manage all tasks related to risk assessment which will include Ethics and Independence checks

•Strong ability to manage workflow tool and deliver work using other internal KPMG tools

•Strong understanding related to stock markets and awareness on investment products in the market and their corresponding regulations

•Ability to understand risk basis independence checks for senior level positions, mid-level positions and overall staff in the firm

•Ability to independently manage mailbox queries and ensure SLA are met

•Should be proactive and must manage communications in effective and timely manner without the need of reminders

•An effective excel skills with advance knowledge will be preferred

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute

Work experience

•Minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Strong experience in managing excel with advance level of skills and strong knowledge of financial products and conflict of interest

 

Preferred  functional skills

•Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values

•Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

•Ability to follow instructions clearly and demonstrate attention to detail

•Strong commitment, multi-tasking, and strong work ethics

•Self-motivated to prepare high quality work first time

•Receptive to constructive feedback

•Individuals must be professional, excellent communication skills verbal and written

•Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
