Do you live and breathe Social Media? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate investment industry. Being a part of and leading the Social team you will be encouraging the team to adopt agile practices and continuous improvements. You will lead the end to end execution of all social media (organic) and online reputation management initiatives working with requesters around the globe.
Mapping business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and operational reporting. You will be drive team utilization, manage production and prioritizing projects to aid the business requirements. Your key role would be to come up with solutions and approaches in a way to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the team.
Guiding teams
Being the person in charge, your overall support to ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, like Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO, Content and Design. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, help streamline and craft effective campaign strategy and planning. You will bring to the team the industry best practices, skills and expertise.

Flawless expertise
We are looking at social media professionals with more than 5- 7 years of experience. The person should have eye for detail, able to work in a consulting role. Prior experience in social media publishing, reporting, and listening tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Radian6 etc is a requisite. A technical bent of mind with expertise in reporting is preferred. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills with proven social media management experience across B2B & B2C
Immaculate knowledge
The person will be in charge of the social media accounts. He/she will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media accounts in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Impeccable leadership
Superb writing and speaking abilities are must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate with contributors,requesters, teams and stakeholders across the three different regions. Prior experience in team management, in a Global role or a MNC is a bonus. You should be comfortable in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
