What You'll Do

This role is key to the Case and Workflow Automation team in Legal IT and its ability to meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners. The role supports this by managing and supporting a wide range of applications and process automations on Legal's Salesforce instance. A great opportunity to interact directly with our business partners on a day-to-day basis and solving real world problems for them.

The winning candidate:

  • Experience with agile software development and LEAN/continuous delivery methodologies
  • Experienced Lightning App developer
  • Expertise on various Salesforce offerings with focus on
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
    • CRM Analytics
  • Proven experience in automated deployment using Copado
  • Experience with Kafka and MuleSoft integrations is a plus
  • Experience with UX Design and tools like Figma is a plus
  • Experience designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies
  • Create build / package scripts for deploying applications using GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible and similar tools
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills to solve complex business problems
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across global teams
  • Organized verbal and written business communication that effectively achieves business objectives
  • Strong customer focus and can-do attitude with an eye for process simplification and digitization
  • Apply specific business knowledge and general discernment to support effective IT engagement
  • Experience in Legal technology domain is desired

Minimum Requirements:

  • At minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Information Science or equivalent fields
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Software Engineer/Team Lead/Architect with a firm grasp on the newest technology trends in the industry.
  • Salesforce Certified Associate/Admin
