On-the-job experience
You’ll gain hands-on experience in large scale payments and corporate financial institutions that help make money move. The Payments program offers you the opportunity to gain experience by helping develop presentations, completing analyses, pricing and cash flows, and conducting client due diligence. You’ll build your technical skills and knowledge of the financial service industry, incorporating emerging technologies based on a holistic view of the payments landscape.
Training
Kick off the summer with one week of finance fundamentals training, followed by product specific and supplemental instruction. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer.
Career Progression
From day one you will start to build your network while sharpening your technical skills and knowledge of cash management and payment solutions. Top performing summer analysts may receive a full-time offer to join the two year Payments rotational analyst program. Rotational analysts are positioned to place out into a full-time role within the company.
