We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues via phone, email, or chat. The candidate must have experience as an L2/SME for application and operating system-related issues, and be able to manage escalated technical issues related to Linux. They will work closely with end users to ensure 100% technical resolution and design a training plan for team members. Additionally, they will conduct case audits, discuss/escalate JIRA with the engineering team, and ensure the team is up to date with processes, procedures, and technology. The candidate must have strong customer service and support focus, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. They should be flexible in working hours.
