What you’ll do
Remote management - Perform a range of technical work activities remotely to meet business and customer requirements.
You will be working on industry leading technology and products including Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc.
You will be working on monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Ticketing tools like Service-Now.
Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you.
Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you are working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
You will be working with dynamic team, who supports our customers 24/7.
Maintain SLA performance targets.
Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract.
What you’ll need
No prior experience required; a strong interest in networking and technology is essential.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.).
Strong willingness to learn and grow in network support and monitoring.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues with guidance.
Familiarity with ticket management systems and logging issues is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
