We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on customer productivity, process improvements and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with various teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Maintain and update the existing ServiceNow platform and configurations as required.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ITSM module to enhance incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Write, test, and debug scripts and code to support ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Work with senior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow platform.

Manage and maintain the configuration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant scripting languages.
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow administration and development, including form design, workflow configuration, and UI customization.
  • Familiarity with Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
     

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
