What you'll do

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a new team where capabilities in developing and implementing data and insights processes will 
    be core.
  • As the expert of your field you understand both digital operations data as well as digital employee experience data.
  • Working seamless between qualitative and quantitative data, as well as navigating between various data sources rendered from both internal and external (supplier) systems.
  • As a Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be to analyze data and provide actionable insights, data modelling 
    and create reports/dashboards, and support decision-making.
  • You are proficient in BI solutions (Power BI) and can easily communicate findings and propose actions in an engaging way.

Here are the details on this position.​ Your role in our mission Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex SSRS reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. •            Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. •            Determine the best implementation method that will meet the design of the architect. •            Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. •            Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations. •            Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides. •            Proven experience in developing and working with SSRS Reports. •            Resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL. •            Uses existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive processes and improvements. •            Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. •            Report Development Certification is a plus. What we’re looking for: •            Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. •            Advanced knowledge of SSRS with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance. •            Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts •            Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics and visualizations.
