Requirement:

  • BE in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics or applicable engineering field.
  • Proficient knowledge of Electric vehicles systems and Sub-systems.
  • Experience in Power BI, QlikView preferred.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, Azure, Hadoop added advantage.
  • Open and Growth mindset as way of working.

What you'll do Job Responsibilities: You will be part of a new team where capabilities in developing and implementing data and insights processes will  be core. As the expert of your field you understand both digital operations data as well as digital employee experience data. Working seamless between qualitative and quantitative data, as well as navigating between various data sources rendered from both internal and external (supplier) systems. As a Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be to analyze data and provide actionable insights, data modelling  and create reports/dashboards, and support decision-making. You are proficient in BI solutions (Power BI) and can easily communicate findings and propose actions in an engaging way. What you'll bring Strong English skills (written and spoken) with genuine interest in digital tools and experience.  Ability to transform  complexity to simplicity, with a human-centric approach.  Good listener and prestige less in allowing feedback on  content, yet professional to maintain highest standard of quality.  Able to see the big picture and challenge team on context and approach.  Always bring outside in perspective.
