About the role

In Revolut’s Product Strategy team, you'll have an outstanding opportunity to work with our Product Strategy Managers on the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business. You'll participate in shaping Revolut’s long-term product strategy vision and direction.

We're looking for a Product Strategy Intern to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting sophisticated research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behaviours, and Revolut’s positioning to yield key insights that drive product roadmaps
  • Searching for new product and features to continue Revolut’s hyper-growth
  • Improving and automating existing business intelligence processes across the company

 

What you'll need

  • To be graduating in 2024 or 2025 with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 2.1 (UK), or 8/10 in other countries
  • An area of study in STEM or non-STEM with a quantitative focus, such as finance, economics, or business
  • 6+ months of work experience (including internships) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company (preference to fintech)
  • The availability to work 6 months full time starting as soon as possible, with the opportunity to join Revolut on a full-time basis after successful completion of the internship
  • Working rights in the country where you'd prefer to work (visa sponsorship is not available)
  • A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
  • An interest in the financial industry

 

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R
