Responsibilities

• Tell stories with visuals: Translate user needs into engaging visual narratives that guide and delight users.
• Strong understanding of the design tools: Utilize industry-standard design software (Figma) to bring your vision to life.
• Refine and iterate: Embrace feedback, continuously improve your designs, and push the boundaries of visual excellence.
• Learn from the best: Grow alongside experienced designers who will mentor you and guide your design journey.
• Assist with creating and maintaining design assets (icons, illustrations, etc.) for Paperpal &Editage's platforms.
• Prepare design documentation and presentations to share design decisions and rationale with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Well versed with in any one design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) is a must.
• A portfolio that showcases your passion for visual design and user experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles (hierarchy, balance, color theory, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Meticoulous & eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
