Responsibilities

Job Summary:
To support the financial transaction banking Information Technology (IT) team in India on regulatory and compliance activities and also work closely with the regional and global solutions center (GSC) teams on application support and delivery to ensure all deliveries and client requirements are met as per timelines.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • L1/L2 application support & Delivery of Financial Transaction banking applications
  • Work closely with vendors for other Local & regulatory applications support & delivery
  • Build strong knowledge of India Payment Factory flow
  • Work Closely with Compliance & Risk to make sure no delay in regulatory/internal audit submission and actions.

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major):

  • Bachelor in Computer Application/ Engineering with Database knowledge

Skills & Competencies required:
 

  • Good Communication skills
  • The ability to learn on the job / quick learner
  • To be able to adapt to and adopt any new technology that may be introduced – eg cloud computing etc
  • Good knowledge on networking & Cloud computing will be an added advantage
  • Time management
     

Language Skills:

English

Computer Skill:

Database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
