Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong foundation in software development who are eager to kickstart their careers in a collaborative and innovative environment. As a Trainee Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will be a part of an Agile team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in dotnet. Develop and maintain user interfaces using react Utilize Azure for cloud-based application development and deployment. Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices. Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions. Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field with some coursework around Data Science and Machine Learning. Knowledge of dotnet, SQL, docker is essential. Basic to Intermediate knowledge of react is needed. Good to have Azure cloud knowledge. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe frameworks is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and dynamic approach. A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
