What this job involves:

Change Management

Ability to lead and manage complex organisational changes

Experience in developing and implementing change strategies

To develop and lead global reporting standard for data centre MSA status to demonstrate to client on continuous governance of operations

Process Improvement

Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and optimising processes

Knowledge of process mapping and analysis techniques

Experience in implementing and measuring process improvements

Technology Integration

Understanding of how technology can enhance service delivery

Experience in implementing new technologies or systems

Ability to bridge the gap between IT and business operations

Supporting the delivery of engineering strategy and governance in real estate.

Leadership and Team Management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Capability to develop and mentor team members

Strategic Thinking

Ability to align transformation initiatives with organisational goals

Skills in developing long-term strategies for service delivery improvement

Capacity to anticipate future trends and adapt accordingly

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

Proficiency in analysing complex data sets

Experience in creating and presenting executive-level reports

Ability to use data to drive decision-making

To develop centralised single source for data input, analytics and reporting on SharePoint to aid teams on delivery and reporting of contracted MSA 

To develop dynamic dashboard tools to summarise and optimise data, streamlining decision making across the portfolio for the client

Client Relationship Management

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client expectations

Experience in collaborating with clients to define and achieve goals

Skills in negotiating and problem-solving in client-facing situations

EHS & Compliance

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

To identify and baseline account compliance requirements across Asia Pacific, providing governance for India as a BAU activity to reduce risk profile

 Providing quality assurance reviews for critical service providers from contracting through to delivery of service, highlighting any risks to management

Ongoing tactical delivery of governance for critical works to ensure contractual requirements from vendors are met from a quality assurance perspective

Financial Acumen

Understanding of budgeting and financial planning

Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses for transformation initiatives

Experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

Do you have an eye for detail? Attention to detail combined with high level analytical    skills are vital for success in this role, you’ll analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables. 

Great organisational skills

We operate in a fast paced, high volume environment and you’ll need to keep up to speed. To do so you’ll have great time management and organisational skills, be good at meeting deadlines and be able to adapt to changing requirements.
