Your role in our mission

 

  • Create accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.
  • works toward delivering a first draft solution to ETL/Reporting/Conversion of coding by rapidly understanding which details about the mapping can be deferred.
  • Supports the ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers based on the mapping created.
  • Works closely with configuration team and DBAs to ensure synchronicity of configuration to interfaces and mappings.

What we're looking for

 

Responsible for performing research and requirement analysis, creation and design of mapping documents, and presents findings to appropriate team members, clients and vendors.  Determines best practices and provides suggestions on how to improve current practices.

Basic Skills:

  1. Healthcare/business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims
  2. Good/Excellent SQL skills
  3. Good Oral/Written communication skills
  4. Data Mapping experience
  5. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Conversion, Interface, Reporting
  6. Experience with QXNT preferred, but not required
