Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for successful completion of the Graduate Engineer in Training (GET) Programme and meet requirements of an entry level engineer.

Job Assignment:

  • Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company polices and procedure to resolve routine tasks.
  • You need to develop different electrical applications using design software like AutoCAD, ePlan and Creo working with products like Low Voltage/Medium Voltage MCCs, Soft-starters, Variable Frequency Drives and Switchgears.

Dear candidate, We are hiring for the position of Project Engineer at Rockwell Automation. This is a full-time opportunity located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for being a technical expert on RA hardware and software products like Control Logix, Logix 5000/Studio 5000, FT View SE/ME, PLC 5/SLC, PowerFlex Drives, Servo Drive, RA Legacy Drives, Connected Component Workbench, Drive Executive. You should have proficiency in Servo Drives with relevant tire industry experience. Additionally, you should have a good level of knowledge in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Conventional/Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Products, MES/Information Systems, and Networking. The role also involves development of HMI and SCADA software for Rockwell Systems or any other competitors. You must have proven experience in HMI and SCADA development of the Allen Bradley FactoryTalk View application. Design and engineering of Process PLC Systems/Control Systems is also part of the job responsibilities. You should be able to handle the project starting from design till site commissioning, with a good understanding of process and applicable regulations. Risk assessment and adaptability to changing needs are required skills. The ideal candidate should have high expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Safety Product, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and a good understanding of Rockwell Software. You should also be well versed with preparation of Functional Design Specification, Detail Design Specification, Test protocol, and be open to travel for FAT, SAT, and commissioning at customer sites. This role also requires industry knowledge, application knowledge, training skills, basic understanding of project management, Lean Six Sigma skill, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) knowledge.
