Caterpillar Returnship is a 24-week company paid , office -based program designed to enable a soft launch for experienced professionals on a career break. This initiative includes, networking sessions, coaching, trainings and a project / work scope assignment. Eligibility to apply – Career break of minimum 6 months.

What You Will Do:


· Bachelor’s degree in engineering - BE / B.Tech.
· Test script creation and execution experience with Automation tools as HPQC – ALM and UFT.
· Experience of testing automated scripts in SAP Modules like EWM/CRM/FI/MM/SPP.
· Should have programming knowledge in VB Script, VBA, DOM and writing OTA APIs
· Experience in testing Web services, SOAP UI Pro, APIs (REST/SOAP)
· Well versed in creating Test plan, developing test cases/scripts, establishing test setups and test data strategy.
· Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks
· Hands-on with Test report preparation, defect tracking, charts, and associated workflows
· Expertise in agile and waterfall delivery, life-cycle management tools (Azure / Quality Centre), software testing standards, methods, and conventions.
· Exposure to Device/Browser compatibility.
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. He/she is expected to prepare documents for new/complex issues / functions and share with team.
· Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization
· Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s team, as well as, being a collaborative team member
· Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make test script changes as needed to resolve issues
