About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Automated Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you are tasked with coordinating, managing, and executing a range of 1st level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. With your expertise at our fore, we aim to continuously provide services that adhere to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

- Participate in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management.

- Handle Service and Resource Alarm efficiently.

- Monitor the performance of Resources and Services.

- Conduct Security Event Monitoring.

- Identify and document incidents.

- Support in the investigations related to capacity and performance.

- Track, manage and report on incident resolution.

- Escalate identified security incidents.

- Initiate Problem Management processes.

- Support preventive maintenance execution for Field Operations.
