What you will do
Technical Support Engineer is responsible for configure, installation and troubleshooting product environment and fulfil all the assigned project task and configuration activities within approved cost, time and quality frame.
- Take responsibility of the openstack process maintenance and continues optimization.
- Drive cloud platform event management, evaluating its dimension and impact and initiate the appropriate control action.
- Design and testing cloud environment and linux environment, provide reasonable solution.
You will bring
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or related area
- Good knowledge in UNIX/Linux, familiar with the OS configuration.
- Competent in script programming, such as SHELL, Perl or Python, etc.
- Familiar with virtualization and cloud platforms (Openstack, Kubernetes, KVM, Docker) and networking knowledge, with installation and troubleshooting experience, remotely supported skills
- Solid understanding and hands-on knowledge of network protocols including IP, TCP, HTTP, etc.
- Being able to handle Ericsson propriety equipment and equipment from other vendors.
