Cisco Apprentice Program-

Our Apprenticeship Program is a great way for you to experience the corporate world and gain industry relevant knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you would join, you will have the opportunity to learn to do a combination of one or more of the following:

 

Staffing Recruiter – Trainee

 

  • Delivering exceptional customer service standards to both internal and external candidates
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions. This includes supporting the skills based assessment process on specific roles.
  • Managing candidate enquiries, candidate care and facilitating processes involving candidates
  • Recruitment support on sourcing and candidate screening.
  • Event and engagement planning and execution

Finance Analyst – Trainee

 

  • Learn to document the business requirements.
  • Learn to document the standard operating procedures.
  • Understand book-keeping in Company by performing various guided actions.
  • Support the team on various tasks as directed on a daily basis.
  • Learn to operate the various tools that are used in the corporate to analyze the data.
  • Conduct data gathering effectively and efficiently.
  • Present the data and insights in a logical influential manner to drive data driven business decisions.
  • Perform metrics analysis as required to provide actionable information to end users

Facilities Assistant – Trainee

 

  • Training on various administrative tasks such as Badge Issuance and coordination with employees.
  • Maintenance of the reception area, conference rooms, café and other common areas.
  • Respond to client inquires and concerns.
  • Training on creation of work orders in the tool and request for resources for building and housekeeping services as needed.
  • Training on upkeep of common area equipment to ensure efficiency. Training on event co-ordination. e.g.: transportation for guests, signages, displays, special needs requirements,
  • Printing and event security

PACE Coordinator - Trainee

  • The Preboarding & Candidate Experience(PACE) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in recruiting top talent to Cisco. Coordinators are where the world-class candidate experience begins.
  • In this role you would take ownership of the initial steps of the interview and hiring process, to include coordinating and scheduling in-person or virtual candidate interviews - managing a large volume of communication (email, voicemail, and telephone calls) to make that happen.
  • You would arrange candidate travel and process travel expense reimbursements.
  • You’d also partner with recruiters to quickly and accurately get offers approved, crafted, delivered, and returned.
  • As a Preboarding & Candidate Experience (PACE) Coordinator you would initiate and track completion of background checks, rehire screening, and/or immigration processing, then you’d assist new hires in getting all required employment documentation returned.
  • Finally, to make each candidate’s first day a success, you would liaise with hiring managers to ensure equipment and workspace are ready in time. At the heart of a successful candidate experience is an effective partnership between you as the coordinator and the recruiter you work with.

Who you are:

 

  • Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM etc.)
  • You must have graduated in 2023 and 2024 and obtained Provisional Degree Certificate.
  • Must be available for a period of 12 months.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
  • Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.

Job Description National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo Financial Services India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo Financial Services to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program Purpose of the Apprenticeship as Collection Executive: The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting overdue amounts from delinquent customer accounts allocated to him / her & maximize collected amounts / recovered assets as per targets set by VFS India Collections Head while ensuring a balanced customer service. The Collection Executive is required to adhere strictly to the compliance policies set by VFS India for collections and strictly adhere to the laws of India. The Collection Executive is also responsible for maintenance of collection data on the Collections System and official laptop provided. Selected Individual will learn Financial Services Collection process & Knowledge of financial services process related to commercial vehicle and construction equipment products during the apprenticeship period.  Key Responsibilities during the apprenticeship period: Prepares and follows up for collection on overdue accounts allocated to him / her. Visits all customers and negotiates for collection of overdue amounts, maintains relationships with them keep tab on market references for all his customers. Maintains effective communication with customers and third parties, e.g., lawyers, collection agencies and repossession agencies. Identifies deployment of the asset and keeps a tab on its movement/utilization. Regularly monitor repayment of accounts, analyse causes of delinquency, report concerns timely. Timely resolve customer disputes Implements repossession of the asset Is responsible for the integrity of collection data and customer logs, including visit reports, relating to allocated accounts in the collection. Maintains accuracy in uploading trails on all cases, within set timelines. Strictly adheres to compliance. Maintaining relationship with Collection Agencies and their executives, follow up and updates Update Payments in VFS System Role involves Collections across all Buckets, Repossession  Education and Additional knowledge: Should be a fresh graduate, preferably BCom or BBA Should have knowledge on Microsoft Office tools usage  Competencies and Skills: Strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunity in financial services industry. Strong communications skills. Willingness to travel, high level of field connects. Knowledge of working in a process driven organisation. Should be able to converse fluently in English, Hindi & Regional Language of said state is must and additional languages will be added advantage.
