This role is Office Based, India We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role will primarily focus on monitoring our cloud infrastructure, managing incidents, and contributing to our operational excellence. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud operations and incident management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role you will be... Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of our cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools and dashboards. Incident Management: Respond promptly to alerts and incidents triggered by monitoring systems or tools like PagerDuty. Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams following established protocols. Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of incidents. Communication: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Documentation: Update runbooks, logs, and incident reports to ensure accurate records are maintained. Learning & Improvement: Gain hands-on experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and operational workflows. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
