Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- 1 year of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related technical discipline.
- Experience with abuse or fraud detection or web security.
- Knowledge of how the internet works economically, socially, and technically; domain knowledge or proven interest in security, phishing, malware, or related topics.
- Ability to prioritize competing stakeholder demands, and with multiple responsibilities in a fluid environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analyses to identify harmful entities, design and implement key performance metrics, examine trends, and identify system vulnerabilities.
- Analyze potentially malicious websites and software to understand their behavior and impact on users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Product, and Legal to improve system accuracy, fix product loopholes, and provide users with a better online experience.
- Understand Google's product policy, enforcement, and risk strategy in order to identify key policy and enforcement operational successes, risks and inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
