About the Role:

As Sr. Growth Associate - T&S, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying problems/gaps, setting up priorities and driving implementation/adherence in a cross-functional manner. In order to drive implementation and processes you’ll get the right mix of autonomy and guidance in terms of the processes you would want to set-up.

What you will do

• Proactively identify SoPs and process gaps in the ecosystem which are vulnerable to exploitation.
• Design programs to improve the cost and experience metrics, driving overall platform goodness reflecting in kep cost saving metrics.
• Influence product development choices and prioritisations using in-depth data and real world insights.
• The role would require you to don many hats as a generalist “problem solver” with a strong focus on data driven insights, analytical skills and strong stakeholder management.
• Engage leadership as active stakeholders in problem-solving/brainstorming for your programs/initiatives.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operations/e-commerce setups.
• Strong data-driven and inquisitive mindset.
• Proven ability to form points of view on business implications.
• Proven track record of defining and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• SQL experience ispreferable (and a strong plus - will help you be less reliant).
• Expertise in multi-front stakeholder management.
