And now, we are on the lookout for Trainee Software Engineers-QA.

 

Someone who has:

  • A Good Engineering or master’s degree from a reputed university in Computer Science, Information Science or Information Technology (year of graduation-2023) with an aggregate of 60% throughout academics.
  • Knowledge and exposure in Manual testing.
  • Knowledge in Automation testing (Selenium+Java) is a plus.
  • Any software testing course undertaken would be an added advantage.
  • Good Aptitude & Trouble the Trouble Attitude
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming(OOP’s) concepts
  • Ability and strong willingness to learn, explore and master new emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and work ethic, passionate about the web and the desire to challenge own limit

 

 

And along with that, someone who is curious to learn, drives the whole team to perform better and  is a cool person to work with.

Description & Requirements Responsible for Quality Assurance of Feature enhancements & Regression testing for SCM product suites (Data mesh & SCI products).As an Sr QA Analyst  he will be responsible for functional testing of Data mesh\Sci products (Data platform for data analytics involving reports,dasboards, dashapps etc). Participate throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, estimating, reviewing requirements, impact analysis, and performing the testing efforts to deliver quality software. This position interfaces with cross-functional teams to manage defects, compile test results and communicate issues risks and status on a timely basis to ensure the solution meets business requirements.   Participate in testing including Functional Testing, Results validation, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Automated Testing and ensure highest quality of testing.  •  Participate in requirements, functional specification and technical specification reviews. •  Review and analyze the design and mapping documents created by the development team.  •  Derive test cases based on business requirement documents and inputs from the  development team. •  Coordinate with peers (onsite/offshore) in the development and testing teams to have a  broader perspective of testing the functionalities and to facilitate better test coverage. •  Find all defects in the application to ensure quality product, should be able to justify the defect found with the development team and provide sufficient inputs for reproduction of the defect.  •  Ensure to adhere to all the processes defined for achieving excellence, customer satisfaction and efficiency. •  Communicate with Products, developers regarding status, issues and risks on a timely basis. Identify, mitigate and drive issues and risks to resolution.   BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc with minimum of  0-2 years experience in manual testing and SQL\Data analyst skills  • Excellent Soft Skills are necessary (Communication – via verbal, email, phone, live-meeting etc.) • Good testing knowledge is absolutely necessary. Passionate over testing and Quality.  • Strong team player, Should be able to work independently and in teams seamlessly. • Strong Analytical, Aptitude and Logical thought process. Should have good database skills with the ability to understand and write complex SQL queries (Mandatory) for validating data.     Experience\Trained on SQL\Data analytics\Reports\Dashboard   testing   Knowledge of SDLC, Software testing processes and automated tools, with ability to apply  Software testing methods and techniques in the assigned role.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both orally and in writing.   Strong Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Problem Solving Skills   Exposure to SCM/Logistics domain is a plus
