Accountabilities:
As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the supported technology/platform services. Your duties will include initial triaging and remediation of all P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents, escalating incidents from events to CC/SD on outage incidents, updating Knowledgebase articles, managing the incident queue, and working on Incidents, Changes, Service & Problem Requests. You will also be involved in ITIL Process and provide 24/7 support.

 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 0-1 of Operational experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
- Quick learner.
- Basic knowledge on infrastructure.
- Ability to learn IAM technologies.
- Knowledge on AD.
- Ability to write Emails.
- Good Communication skills to work with the Vendors, Application Users & Third party service providers.
- Knowledge in Powershell, VBscript or BASH shell scripting, Python, Linux script preferred.


- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.

Leading or participating in data requirements / process design sessions, data conversion, proof-of-concept, data analysis, audit compliance, regression testing, end-user and training. Facilitating team processes; writing and reviewing Unit Testing and UAT test plans and scripts when necessary. Assisting and/or managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff. Configuring: business processes, security, integration/interfaces, and reports. Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
