Responsibilities
•    Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & New Relic
•    Addressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided.
•    Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access and space management.
•    Experience in Infrastructure and Operations
•    Good Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operations
•    Strong communication and written skills
•    Experience creating technical documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
Preferred qualifications / Skills
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
