Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies as a member of an agile team.
  • To aid application development, create database functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Performing data imports/exports and maintenance of third-party integration
  • Troubleshooting database performance issues and monitoring database health.
  • Investigating and resolving data related production issues which are being observed by the users.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good analytical individuals who use critical thinking and technical expertise to relentlessly improve products.
  • Abilities to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills - Excel at resolving problems encountered by users, whether these require only quick fixes or major collaborative efforts across various teams
  • Technical expertise - Deep understanding of the product they handle as well as the processes behind it
  • Attention to detail - Mindful of details creating extensive documentation, tracking errors, and making changes to products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • 0-1 years of experience in programming
  • Experience working with NodeJS, Reacts and AWS ecosystem.
  • Experience working with complex and large databases on SQL
  • Proficient in SQL, including functions, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Knowledge of index management, partitioning, and query optimization
  • Understanding of cloud database technology
  • Good communication skills and team player attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
