Role description

Job Requirements:


• Experience with HR Systems such as Workday to design and build reports, run SQL queries, and create dashboards.
• Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. to uncover patterns, trends, and insights for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations to effectively communicate data findings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of important statistical concepts, techniques, and tools to generate key insights.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (Saba, Cornerstone) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and high attention to detail.
• Capable of functioning effectively both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member.
• Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Skillful at effectively conveying complex data insights to non-technical individuals.
• Impressive consultative skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with HR business partners and functional teams to understand HR data requirements.
• Evaluate reporting/analytical capabilities against business requirements and determine best data-driven solutions.
• Collect, clean, organize and join data from multiple sources by building reports and dashboards for data analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data and business intelligence reports. Recognize and interpret trends, outliers and provide insights.
• Create effective presentations and provide valuable insights to drive more informed business decisions.
• Conduct data storytelling to effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Streamline reports to achieve maximum optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with development team to improve existing dashboards and tools for improved productivity and meet needs of internal customers.
• Perform testing, work closely with development team to validate data accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:


Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2+ Years of Relevant Experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Good knowledge of HR Processes and experience in People Analytics is a plus.

Note: Shift will be general shift. Candidates need to be flexible and will have to attend late evening meetings

Liaise with analysts and accounting specialists to understand the application of accounting concepts. Work with ratings and support analysts to understand data capture requirements, adjustments, and other information needed by the rating team. Work independently on straightforward business-as-usual deliverables such as prep for portfolio reviews, credit opinions, or outreach presentations. Take initiative to participate in projects or process improvements. Provide guidance to resolve queries of more junior team members.
