Job description
We are looking for a Field service Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager with a broad experience within process industry and automation projects to cover the following categories: Life Cycle Service Portfolio, Delta -V Control System.
You will look after all Service activities of designated install base customers across Pune (Maharashtra region), covering Maharashtra region, to achieve the agreed services for the designated product lines and solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Taking service handover post completion of Up-Gradation, Expansion, Add-on, Green Field, and Brown Field Projects.
- Service Support in case of non-assignments of any Project Support such as AMC/ PWAMC/ CAMC/ ST100/ ST200/ Chargeable Service etc.
- System support for Guardian, Delta -V Batch, VIM, Third Party Communication, System Maintenance Support, Inhouse Services Support,
- Deliver Services to the customer and certified on Operational Readiness as per SMO Standards.
- Modifications, Add -On and small Expansion jobs at site and back-office engineering.
- Creation/modification of Delta -V Internal Point Database
- Testing of implemented controls and graphics.
- Follow Department Quality processes and procedures.
- Travel to site location as per Service assignment.
- Generation of Leads for installed Base Business Opportunities from sites under Service.
- Should be able to work independently.

- Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
- Understanding of project life cycle from concept to maintain online running plant in AMC
- Understanding of customer need and translating it into technical solution.
- Analytical thinker with excellent Communication, presentation, interpersonal and prioritization skills; well-organized and detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A minimum 4-10 years of relevant work experience in Filed Services and services at install base customers, development & engagement with strong experience of working & customer engagements in the entire region.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one Distributed Control System.
